We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator with 2–4 years of experience in project management, Scrum practices, and software testing. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.Coordinate with development, QA, design, and business teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track project progress, identify roadblocks, and escalate issues to stakeholders when required.
- Maintain project documentation including sprint backlogs, project plans, reports, and testing feedback.
- Support QA team by understanding test cases, reporting bugs, and following up on fixes.
- Ensure timely communication across all teams regarding updates, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare project status reports and share updates with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in release planning, deployment coordination, and post-release testing.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications2–4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Executive, or similar role in IT/Software environment.Solid understanding of AgileKnowledge of software testing processes, bug life cycle, and test documentation.Basic technical understanding of web/mobile applications, APIs, and development workflows.Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in basic data analysis or reporting.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and coordinate with developers effectively.
